Gratefully under the direction of the Holy Spirit, directed all aspects
of church
Operations. Successfully managed annual budgets of over 4 million dollars.
Responsible for organizing the San Diego evangelistic crusade for 15,000
people; 1,400 committed to Christ. Co-organized the Calgary crusade
for 17,000 people; over 5,000 committed to Christ. After five months
of prayer, Co-founded The Rock Academy a preschool -8th grade school
system. Co-founded The Rock University. Initiated the Nehemiah Project
and Capital Campaign; 40 million dollars, 260,000 square foot of buildings,
over 15 million in cash and gifts in kind committed by end of 2004.
Church grew from 3,000 to 3,700. Small groups grew from 30 to over 240.
Employees grew from 18 to over 60.
1998-2001
HEADMASTER, Salisbury Christian School, Salisbury MD.
Preschool-12th grade school system. Budget of approximately 2 million
dollars. Supernaturally initiated, revised, implemented and managed
policies, procedures and programs in every area of operations. Notably,
initiated the building of a new 64,000 square foot building to expand
the school along with a 4.5 million dollar capital campaign. School
enrollment of 521 students highest in 35 year history of the school.
1991-98
PRINCIPAL, Horizon Christian Fellowship, San Diego, CA. Prayed, and
Managed God’s vision for the schools grades 7-12. Enthusiastically
watched the Lord grow the schools over 900% from 48 students to over
700. Successfully presented, grew and managed budgets that grew from
$500,000-over $3 million dollars. Prayerfully mentored a staff that
grew from 5 teachers to over 75 faculty and staff. Breathlessly witnessed
God’s hand develop multiple league, county and state championship
sports programs. Happily experienced the growth of superior fine and
performing arts programs. Successfully completed both WASC and ACSI
accreditations.

from 6 stores to over 22 stores county wide. Managed sales in excess

Testimony
I
asked Jesus to be my savior in the fall of 1985. I stumbled upon L’Abri
in Southboro, MA. L’Abri is a ministry of Francis Schaeffer. My
confession was quite simple, “God if you are there, I am here.
In the best way I know how, I believe Jesus died for my sins, I am sorry
for my sins please forgive me and Jesus please live in my heart. Amen.”
